Terms and Conditions

1. Right to Refuse Service

All Zone Transport LTD reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion and may discontinue access to its services at any time without prior notice.


2. Vehicle Capacity & Shipment Restrictions

All shipments must comply with the following vehicle limits:

Car
Maximum weight: 150 lbs
Maximum dimensions: 21" L × 21" W × 16" H

Mini Van
Maximum weight: 350 lbs
Maximum dimensions: 80" L × 36" W × 36" H

Cargo Van
Maximum weight: 1000 lbs
Maximum dimensions: 100" L × 50" W × 45" H

Shipments exceeding these limits will be declined.

All shipments must contain legal goods and must comply with all local, provincial, federal, and international laws. We do not transport:

  • Illegal goods

  • Hazardous or dangerous materials

  • Firearms or weapons

  • Explosives

  • Live animals

  • Any prohibited or restricted items

We reserve the right to notify authorities if illegal items are suspected.


3. Eligibility

Clients placing delivery orders must be 18 years of age or older and must follow all service guidelines published on our website or agreed upon in writing.


4. Order Confirmation

No shipment will be dispatched without prior confirmation through our order system or other officially approved confirmation method.
All Zone Transport LTD is not liable for deliveries made without proper confirmation.


5. Temperature-Sensitive Items

We do not provide temperature-controlled transportation. Items requiring protection from heat or cold are transported at the shipper’s full risk.


6. Packaging Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure proper packaging of all items.
We are not liable for damages resulting from improper or insufficient packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse improperly packaged shipments. No refunds will be issued in such cases.


7. Right to Inspect

All Zone Transport LTD reserves the right to inspect any package if there is suspicion that it violates these Terms & Conditions. Inspection may include opening packages to verify contents.


8. Order Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
If we cancel an order before dispatch, a refund will be issued to the client.


9. Order Cancellation by Client

If a client cancels an order after dispatch arrangements have been made or while a driver is en route, the client remains responsible for full payment.

A new order must be placed for rescheduled delivery.


10. Multi-Piece Shipments

Multiple items shipped together will be billed as one shipment unless otherwise specified.


11. Driver Wait Time

Drivers will wait a maximum of 10 minutes at pickup or delivery locations unless agreed otherwise.

If contact cannot be established, additional waiting charges may apply.


12. Insurance

Optional shipment insurance may be available upon request. Please contact our office for further details before dispatch.


13. Accurate Information

Clients must provide accurate pickup and delivery details.
Any additional costs resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the client.


14. Delivery Redirection

Redirection requests after dispatch are subject to approval and additional charges.
We reserve the right to decline redirection requests.


15. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to client-related issues, re-delivery fees will apply.

If failure occurs due to our operational error, we will attempt re-delivery at no additional charge.


16. Driver Identification

For safety and transparency, clients may receive driver identification details prior to delivery.


17. Loading & Manpower

Drivers are not obligated to provide additional manpower for loading or unloading.
The client must ensure adequate assistance is available.


18. Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case-by-case.

Factors affecting refunds may include:

  • Client unavailability

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Incorrect shipment details

  • Other circumstances beyond our control


19. Payment Terms

Payment method must be agreed upon before dispatch.
Drivers will not be dispatched without confirmed payment arrangements.


20. On-Time Delivery Guarantee

We strive to ensure timely delivery. However, delays caused by weather, traffic, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control are exempt from guarantees.

Where service standards are not met due to company fault, a service credit may be issued toward a future order.


21. Liability Limitation

Liability for each shipment is limited to $100 CAD, unless additional insurance coverage is purchased prior to dispatch.

Clients are advised to retain copies or scans of important documents before shipment.
